Situated at Advantage Place in the heart of Accra’s bustling business district, the facility is conveniently located just minutes from Kotoka International Airport, providing seamless access for international clients.

This expansion underscores Ubiquity’s response to increasing demand for managed services in Africa, a market anticipated to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.2% between 2024 and 2030.

The Accra centre will provide multilingual customer support solutions to major global clients, primarily serving businesses in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, and e-commerce sectors. Ubiquity is committed to hiring over 500 professionals from Accra and surrounding communities in the initial phase of its expansion, creating significant employment opportunities in roles such as CX specialists, brand ambassadors, quality assurance leads, IT experts, and key operational management.
