The Security Traders Association of Chicago, a membership organization for securities industry professionals and an affiliate of The Security Traders Association (STA), has announced its Executive Board for the 2025-2026 membership year.

The newly appointed leadership team will guide STAC as it commemorates its 100th anniversary, celebrating a century of commitment to education, professional networking, and philanthropy within the securities industry.

The newly appointed Executive Board Members are:

  • Ginny Kowalczyk, President
  • Jason Schwab, Vice President
  • Steve Zendel, Treasurer
  • Matt Tobin, Secretary
  • Agata Lipinsky, Financial Secretary
  • Lauren Arbid, STAC Fund President

“STAC is thrilled to name this dynamic group of industry professionals to our Executive Board as we honor our centennial and introduce new initiatives to expand our reach and best serve our members,” said Lauren Arbid, outgoing President of STAC. “Their longstanding dedication to the STAC community and demonstrated leadership will be vital as we shape the future of the association and ensure STAC continues to be the cornerstone of the securities trading industry in Chicago and beyond.”

As they celebrates its 100th Anniversary, it remains committed to providing a platform that enables securities professionals to engage in professional development, collaborate with influential industry leaders and foster networking opportunities. STAC will host various educational and networking events throughout its centennial year, including its highly anticipated 100th Annual Mid-Winter Meeting that attracts industry leaders from across the country.

Proceeds from events and fundraising also support the STAC Fund, a 501c3 organization founded by STAC in 1991 to award college scholarships to deserving students and make grants to charitable and educational institutions. The STAC Fund has made over $500,000 in charitable donations and scholarship awards over the past 10 years due to the generosity of STAC members, sponsors and friends.
