Kreston Reeves, alongside Hellenic Auditing, a member of Kreston Global, has advised Frontstage Entertainment Group on its acquisition of a stake in Digital Minds. Frontstage Entertainment Group, Greece’s leading broadcaster and events company, operates five popular radio stations and produces music, cultural, and corporate events. Additionally, the Group provides high-quality recording services for podcasts, audiobooks, voiceovers, and advertising.
Digital Minds is a UK digital media company that specialises in the creation, management and distribution of digital content across leading platforms. With a focus on digital distribution, influencer marketing, social media management and content marketing, it collaborates with top brands, content owners and creators to maximize their digital presence through innovative technology.
The acquisition creates an integrated creative and media hub for brands, content owners and content creators across the UK and Europe.
The Kreston Reeves team was led by Corporate Finance Director Craig Dallender, supported by Sakshi Gupta (Manager) and Rachel Pierce (Assistant Manager). The financial due diligence provided by Hellenic Auditing was led by Andreas Tsamakis.
