Leading infrastructure services provider, Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited (“KISL”), has announced it is rebranding as AUREOS.
In August 2024, KISL was acquired by EMK Capital and began a comprehensive process to rename and rebrand the company, aligning its new identity with its core mission of providing infrastructure services in the energy security and decarbonised transport sectors. This transformation process was highly inclusive, involving significant employee engagement and valuable customer feedback.
The new name, AUREOS, which broadly translates to “a new dawn,” reflects the company’s ambition to be at the forefront of building sustainable energy and transport networks. AUREOS is committed to supporting the transition to a low-carbon future while improving connectivity and contributing to societal progress.
Darren James, CEO, AUREOS, said: “This is an important time in the evolution of our company. As AUREOS we commit to all our stakeholders to always strive to be their first choice as ‘The leading infrastructure engineering services provider for the energy security and decarbonised transport sectors.’ “I am particularly pleased with the engagement of our extended team in choosing the new company name as we enter the next exciting phase of growth.”
