Twiceme Technology, a Swedish company focused on revolutionizing safety solutions, has appointed Fredrik Kjellberg as its first Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Kjellberg will report directly to CEO Christian Connolly and will be responsible for strengthening Twiceme’s brand as it continues its global expansion and mission to promote a culture of safety. This hire marks a significant step toward Twiceme’s goal of establishing a global safety standard that empowers people to assist one another in emergencies.

“Fredrik is an exceptional addition to our team and will play a crucial role as we expand into new regions worldwide,” said Twiceme CEO Christian Connolly. “Few understand the marketing dynamics of our industry as well as Fredrik. In 2023, we focused heavily on expanding in the U.S. by bringing in top talent, and with Fredrik on board, we are confident we can accelerate our efforts even further.”

Kjellberg joins Twiceme from Mips, a helmet safety system company, where he served as CMO and played a pivotal role in building its market position. His previous experience includes marketing and brand leadership roles at renowned European outdoor brands like Atomic, Haglöfs, and Peak Performance.

“I’ve had the privilege of following Twiceme’s impressive growth during my time at Mips,” said Kjellberg. “Twiceme’s mission to enhance safety is inspiring, and with the potential of digital safety technology, I’m excited to help introduce their critical solutions to a wider audience.”

Twiceme’s smart safety technology integrates into protective equipment for outdoor enthusiasts and industrial workers, providing essential information before and after incidents. Through its smartphone app and contactless NFC technology, Twiceme stores crucial details about the wearer and their equipment, helping to reduce response times during rescue operations, which can improve clinical outcomes for those injured.

Twiceme partners with leading personal protective equipment brands such as POC, Oakley, Salomon, Studson, and Guardian. With over 1 million products featuring Twiceme Technology on the market, the company has experienced significant growth, earning global recognition, including usage in high-profile events like the Tour de France and Freeride World Tour.
