OLIVER

OLIVER, the global in-housing and marketing ecosystem specialist, has strengthened its UK strategic planning team with notable promotions. Nick Myers has been elevated to Chief Strategy Officer, Alec Barr to Head of Behavioural Science and UX, and Katie Craig to Planning Partner.

Myers, who previously served as head of planning, will now report directly to UK CEO Amina Folarin. His extensive background includes positions at Harrison Troughton Wunderman, where he began his career in 2002; CHI, where he contributed to the launch of its customer engagement offering; Proximity; and his own firm, Loveable Consulting. Additionally, he has client-side experience with Direct Line and has been recognised as a Face to Watch and featured in Campaign magazine’s 40 over 40 listing.

Barr, formerly a UX consultant at OLIVER, now assumes the newly created role of Head of Behavioural Science & UX. With his expertise in applied behavioural psychology, user experience, and technology ethics, he will play a crucial role in enhancing OLIVER’s client services.

Barr’s experience aligns with OLIVER’s mission to deliver human-centred and data-driven solutions for clients.

Craig assumes the role of Planning Partner, stepping up from Planning Director. She is an award-winning strategist with more than 15 years in integrated planning, CRM and brand strategy roles. She recently won an Effie Award for London children’s hospice, Noah’s Ark.

The promotions are part of an ongoing growth plan and signal a commitment to evolving OLIVER’s strategic planning services, and enhancing the experiences it creates for clients.
