Divorced Christian model Nita Marie is back in the limelight, this time with a compelling message about her digital presence. Celebrating her body and sexuality through her modelling, she nonetheless urges married men to eschew her provocative posts, citing her past marital issues as a sobering example.
As @love_nitamarie on social platforms, she’s been vocal about integrating faith with sexuality, even weaving biblical themes into her posts. Despite her openness, she remains adamant about preserving marriage’s sanctity.
“In my first marriage, we didn’t have sex for seven years – but he was watching p*rn,” Nita Marie discloses. “It caused a lot of problems because he was doing that instead of being intimate with me. I would prefer if married men didn’t look at my pictures and videos because I know how I felt when it happened to me.”
Her stance is driven by a deep respect for matrimonial sanctity and a desire to nurture genuine intimacy within marriages. She advises married individuals to focus their attentions on their spouses rather than succumbing to the allure of online content.
“I know that doing this work is encouraging some men to look at me on the internet versus looking at their wife, and I don’t agree with that,” she asserts. “If they are going to look, they should only do it as a way to get aroused for their wives.”
Despite potential criticism, Nita Marie sees her modelling as empowering, especially for Christian women. Through her imagery and her book, The Sacred Butterfly, she aims to challenge norms and support women in reclaiming their bodies and sexuality.
“My modelling’s been a way to embrace my new body and find my sexuality again, this time focusing on my pleasure,” she elaborates. “Now I want to help other women heal their relationship with their body and with their sexuality.”
With a newfound sense of confidence and a supportive companion, Nita Marie is unapologetic about her purpose, affirming she is “doing God’s work.” Despite facing critique, she remains steadfast in her advocacy for sexual liberation within a faith context.
