Chloe Amour, a model with an impressive Instagram following of 2.1 million (@realchloeamour), is leading a movement in body positivity with her unique fitness practice. Amour, often referred to as a contemporary ‘Pretty Woman’, shares her path to empowerment and self-love through the art of naked yoga, despite facing body image challenges.
“I absolutely love nude yoga – it’s so freeing,” Amour enthused. “Practising naked has empowered me; I always feel so accomplished afterwards. It is challenging for both my mind and body, and doing it nude gives it more of an artistic feeling.”
The turning point for Amour came during a nude hot yoga session at a Playboy TV shoot, which played a crucial role in boosting her body image and self-esteem.
“Naked yoga is very personal,” she disclosed. “It helped strengthen my body, and I also became more comfortable in my own skin. Naked yoga has helped me fall back in love with my body.”
For those intrigued by naked yoga, Amour recommends beginning with clothed yoga: “Start off clothed first. That way, when you strip down, you will already have confidence in your yoga experience, and that will distract your mind so you aren’t as conscious of being naked.”
Amour’s story is an empowering reminder of the journey towards self-acceptance and the transformative power of naked yoga in fostering a loving relationship with one’s body.
