The global furniture sector, boasting an impressive $740 billion as of the close of 2023, is set for a pivotal convergence at the International Istanbul Furniture Fair from 23rd to 28th January. This event, renowned for its prestige and tradition within the industry, anticipates welcoming 200,000 professionals from across the globe.
The world’s furniture industry is on the cusp of uniting at the International Istanbul Furniture Fair (IIFF2024), taking place from 23rd to 28th January. Orchestrated in partnership with TUYAP Fair Organisation Group and Mos Fair Organisation and backed by the Furniture Associations Federation (MOSFED), the event is set to gather 200,000 professionals from 200 countries. Showcasing over a thousand companies, with 3,000 brands, the fair will be held at the TUYAP Fair and Congress Center and Istanbul Fair Center.
As a premier event in the furniture sector, the fair, themed “Visit Istanbul, Experience Istanbul,” aims to present the latest 2024 designs from various product groups to its audience.

Creating an Energetic Space for New Alliances
Based on ResearchAndMarkets’ figures, the global furniture sector, which closed 2023 with $739.44 billion, is expected to escalate to $935.9 billion by 2027. Türkiye, with its annual production of $12 billion, is ready to welcome its international peers. The IIFF will exhibit a wide variety of furniture, including modern modular, luxury, beds and bases, baby and children’s, youth room, garden, office-school furniture, and accessories.
Scheduled to last for six days, IIFF2024 will organise its exhibition halls at the Istanbul Fair Center and Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, categorising them according to product types. This will facilitate an in-depth exploration of a broad range of products for visitors. Moreover, the fair aims to create a dynamic atmosphere that encourages the forging of new business partnerships.
